3. User Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts

You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms

You must hold relevant professional licenses where required by law

Your use must comply with all applicable EU and national AML regulations
3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information

You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

One account per organization unless otherwise agreed
4. User Obligations and Restrictions

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Maintain appropriate professional standards and ethics

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data

Use Services to violate any person's privacy or other rights

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Resell, redistribute, or provide access to third parties without authorization
5. Data Processing and Privacy
5.1 Data Processing

We act as data processor for client data you upload

You remain data controller for your customer data

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible

8. Payment Terms

You remain responsible for your own AML compliance obligations

Services are tools to assist compliance, not legal advice
9.2 Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law:

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence

Statutory consumer rights are not affected
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AML4YOU against claims arising from:

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of applicable laws

Unauthorized use of your account

Your infringement of third-party rights
11. Termination
11.1 Termination Rights

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice

We may terminate immediately for material breach

We may suspend Services for non-payment or security concerns
11.2 Effect of Termination

Your access to Services will cease

We will retain data as required by law and our Privacy Policy

You remain liable for accrued fees and obligations

Provisions intended to survive termination will continue in force
12. Regulatory Compliance
12.1 Your Compliance Obligations

You remain solely responsible for your AML compliance

You must maintain appropriate internal controls and procedures

You are responsible for staff training and competence
-
You must report suspicious activities to relevant authorities
12.2 Regulatory Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to adapt Services to regulatory changes

Significant compliance changes may require Service modifications

You are responsible for staying informed of regulatory updates
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction
The courts of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
14.2 Amendments

Terms may only be modified in writing or through website updates

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
