AML Client Risk Assessment

Service Description

For all new business relationships, the professional shall analyse, by means of an assessment matrix, the elements of which will be included in the client identification form, the risks and the documentation received from the client. Depending on the assessment of the (low/medium/high) risk attached to the client, normal, simplified or reinforced due diligence measures will be applied by the professional. Our service consists in assisting the client, or its compliance officer, with correctly assessing the client risk. For the 30 minutes appointment, we assume that the client has properly documented the client identification (client & beneficial owners & all related parties) and the client risk matrix. As an outcome of this service, you get a written assessment conclusion which you may add to your AML client documentation.
