For any new business relationship, the Agent / Developer must identify the client and the client's beneficial owner. In this identification process, the Agent / Developer must take into account, during its client risk analysis, whether the client / beneficial owner is a politically exposed person (PEP).
This document is completed by the client / beneficial owner as to his status as a politically exposed person (PEP).
