Name Screening
In order to find out whether the client is subject to financial restrictive measures, the Agent must check whether the client is among the natural persons and entities (legal persons) listed on the international financial sanctions lists. This also applies to authorised representatives and beneficial owners.
If the screening reveals that the client / proxy / beneficial owner is listed (i.e. on an international financial sanctions list), the Agent must immediately inform the Ministry of Finance. The Agent then adopts enhanced due diligence and refrains from executing any transactions. The listing of a client on an international financial sanctions list affects the risk profile of the client, and the Agent will update the risk assessment of the client.

The Agent must be able to demonstrate materially - for example in the event of an on-site inspection by AED - the search for and verification of the identity of the customer or beneficial owner on an EU and UN financial sanctions list.

Even if the client/ authorised representative / beneficial owner is not listed at the time of entry into the relationship, the Agent carries out a new screening each time new natural or legal persons are added to the international financial sanctions lists. The Agent therefore includes the client / authorised representative / beneficial owner in a list of persons for whom the Agent carries out regular screening.

The frequency of verification against the lists of targeted financial sanctions is proportionate to the exposure of the Agent and the business relationship to the risks of non-implementation and circumvention of the targeted financial sanctions.

Pay-As-You-Go

Credit system
For each package, you get a corresponding number of credits. Each credit is worth 0,05 EUR. Each screening needs 3 credits.
Comprehensive screenings
We cover by default UN and EU sanctions lists. Add other lists (up to 200) if you wish.
No monthly subscription
No monthly recurrent expenses. No set-up or susbscription fee.
100 credits free
You get 100 credits for free when purchasing one of our packages.
Batchlist
You can do a screening on the spot for one or more customers. Or you screen your whole customer base regularly (daily, monthly ...)
